POSTAGE & PACKAGING
All items are handmade to order, especially for you. Our turnaround time is 2-3 weeks (rush orders are available as an add on). All orders over £30 receive free delivery.
Once your order is completed, it will be beautifully gift wrapped and sent by Royal Mail.
We use eco-friendly packaging. Every part of your packaging can be recycled. From time to time, we may use recycled carboard from local shops, families, and friends.
As we are a small business we only send our products to the UK and not internationally.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll discuss the options. We cannot take returns for our products unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault or damage.
